Reservation terms and cancellation policy

Dear customer,

these are our general reservation terms and cancellation policy that apply unless otherwise agreedwith the hotel or stated in the reservation confirmation.
We will be happy to receive any information about your arrival time or any other changes to your reservation date.
If you have made the reservation through some other channel or reservation portal than directly with the hotel, we kindly ask you to also make possible cancellations through that same channel or portal.

Non-guaranteed reservation

The room will be reserved for your arrival until no later than 18:00 local time on the day of arrival, unless you haven’t agreed on late arrival. After 18:00 the hotel has the right to sell the room to another customer if needed.

Guaranteed reservation

If the customer guarantees late arrival with a credit card or a company invoicing address, the room will be reserved later than 18:00 on the day of arrival.
If the customer fails to arrive without cancelling in advance or if you cancel your arrival later than 18:00 local time on the day of arrival, the hotel has the right to charge the customer for the room.

Arrival and departure

The hotel room will be at your disposal from 14:00 on the day of arrival. Check-out on the day of departure by 12:00 noon.

Cancellation

Room reservation for individual customers can be cancelled without charges at latest by 18:00 on the day of arrival. If the reservation is guaranteed, the cancellation must be made before 18:00 on the day of arrival or the hotel has the right to charge the customer for one night.

Prepaid room reservation

Can not be cancelled or altered. Non-refundable.

Payment

Cash or most common credit cards at the reception. Company invoicing only with separate agreement.
